CIRCUMSTANCES: He was outside in our backyard on Tuesday, May 23,
around 7 pm. I went outside to look for him around 8:30 and he was gone.
There was a big event at the high school near our house and lots of traffic. We
searched the block multiple times throughout the evening and night and
